Add Search Domain for DNS in CentOS 8

There is no option in network configuration GUI menu for search domain. Following steps can be used to add search domain.

Modify file /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-<interface_name>
Add line SEARCH=<search_domain>
Restart NetworkManager by run command systemctl restart NetworkManager

Add a website to Google

To allow Google search a website.

Allow search engine

In WordPress, to allow search engine indexing

Settings => Reading
Uncheck Discourage search engines from indexing this site

Allow Google discovery

Visit Google's Search Console page at http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl.
Enter URL
Click the 'I'm not a robot' box.
Select the 'Submit Request' option

Verify

Visit site:your_website in google.com

If indexed, then will return result.
